As a singer songwriter I create modern folk songs with a lyrically reflective, witty vibe.
I've been involved in writing, performing and recording music for over 30 years, first in London and now in Suffolk.
I perform solo, and sometimes work with other musicians, especially with Double Take. I performed in the past with Twinset & Pearl.
My songs are about people, places and situations that have been important in my life. I also love to sing traditional songs, French songs, popular songs and blues.
My first CD 'Ropers Green' was recorded some time ago but I now have a recording studio at home where I'm recording myself and fellow band members. I also record and produce music for other artists. See Recordings
I've always loved music but used to think it was some mysterious thing that only other people could do. So I love to encourage and teach others to develop their musical talents especially people who think they don't have any!
